BUMA SKNN Shipping & Delivery Policy
Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
More countries will be added as our glow expands!
Shipping and Handling Charges
We offer flat rate shipping to keep things simple and transparent:
• FREE shipping on orders over $300 CAD
• Standard – (FedEx Smartpost) $8.95 rate on orders over $40
• Ground – (FedEx Ground) $10.95 flat rate
How We Ship
• Orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator reliable trackable services.
• Products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
• Tracking information is sent via email once your glow is on its way.
Processing and Delivery Time
• Processing Time: 1-3 business days
• Estimated Delivery:
◦ Canada: 3-7 business days
◦ USA: 5-10 business days
◦ International: 7-21 business days
(Please note: shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons).
Duties and Customs
(International orders)
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
We do our best to ensure smooth delivery but cannot guarantee customs processing timelines.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your package seems delayed or lost in transit, email us at customerservice@bumasknn.com with your order number and we’ll assist you right away.

Returns & Exchanges
At BUMA SKNN, your satisfaction matters, but so does safety and fairness. Because we’re committed to clean, skin-loving formulations, we maintain a clear and simple return policy.
Eligibility Window
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
Return Process
- Email returns@bumasknn.com with your order number and reason
- We’ll review and send instructions for return
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
Note: Return shipping is not covered by BUMA SKNN. This is the customer’s responsibility.
Important Exceptions
• We do not offer exchanges.
• Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
